Urgent: Universal atomic deisel #5411???

I have a small window to purchase a UNIVERSAL ATOMIC DEISEL #5411

Does anyone know if this is compatible with the Ariel without major refitting?

Ariels were designed with the A-4 as their inboard auxiliary power.  If the Atomic Diesel has the same block, etc., it should fit.  But, that's just my assumption.

The Atomic 4 and the 5411 use different blocks but are similar in size although not identical. The 5411 is a couple of inches taller. Below are diagrams with dimensions for the two engines.
