This is my Ariel ID Plaque.

Charles

At Carrabelle Florida, She was too heavy with the oyster bar attached to her hull, and very slow, waiting for sanding and new paint.

Both look absolutely authentic !

Charles

Thanks Ebb, I am sure she is pretty much the real thing, the cabin interior is original and looks good, just needs cleaning and some refits,

Bill

Before and after photos are encouraged  ..  ..

Will do,  I am building a new rudder now and am going to fair and paint the rest of the hull in Carrabelle, Then its on to Kings Bay in Crystal River.

Charles

Charles

Someone somewhere.
New rudder cut out and ready for the shafts and fiberglass.and paint, etc

Bill

It's difficult to tell, but is Linda Anne an inboard model?

Charles

She is the inboard model, but the engine has been removed and a tohatsu 8 was mounted aft, she still has the drive shaft though, I am going to mount a Yamaha 9.9 high thrust for now and look for an atomic 4, gas or diesel.......

Charles,

Ahoy!  I am at Carabelle this morning aboard "Ariel Spirit" (hull #3).  My boat is "Faith" (hull #226), it is in Pensacola.  Where in Carabelle are you?

Congrats, Charles! You're going to really love it the first time you feel her move under the press of sail. :)
