The green scheme is kinda nice!

But what brand is that great little hard dink?
Is it easy to put it where it is?  Whatzit weigh?
Looks like you can get around it and pull up the anchor.
Protection for an open forward hatch in ventilation mode.

The boat with the observation bubble looks like a flat top Cal 25. Those boats have a very large pop-top with a zip around cover that looks somewhat like a dodger. Although the support system is not designed to be used while sailing, I have seen a few folks sailing with the tops up and covers in place. The pop-top was designed to provide head room while moored or at the dock. The observation bubble in the photo looks like an attempt to make a permanent dodger over the immense hole created by removing the pop-top. Rather interesting approach... now if the owner would have only designed that bubble to double as a dinghy, we'd be witnessing the birth of the world's first pop-top double bubble dinghy.
