Wooden Boat Calendar

I'm sure others enjoy the Wooden Boat Calendar throughout the year with fabulous photos by Benjamin Mendlowitz. I found this January's pic of sv "Lively Lady", a pert little Abaco Sloop,  especially captivating - so much so, that I couldn't bring myself to flip the month. Built in 1965 she comes in at 25' LOA and a beamy 9'3".  A couple of interesting things: no coamings, bulwarks, external chain plates, and the folksie transom hung rudder. She's got a nice sheer and I like the color scheme too.  It sure works for me!
