I have searched the forum and found much discussion on pushpits but nothing in the last 4 years on pulpits. My Ariel #400 has a single rail pushpit and lifelines but no pulpit. For mooring and anchoring, I would be much happier with rails up front! Does anyone have any current suggestions on the most cost effective solution to a pulpit.  I am in Southern California.

Many thanks,

Hello Paul.
I typed 'Ariel pulpit' into Search and got 3 pages.  Doesn't mean all that much most of the time.

Tops in Quality was mentioned on a page I sampled and had the best prices in the past.
And probably have the specs for an Ariel pulpit.  Hopefully the beautiful curved original.
Shipping is expensive.

Tony G, for one, has done research on tools and jigs to make your own.
Custom stainless tube work by local professionals is prohibitively expensive these days.

If you are FAST,

There is a guy on the Plastic Classics forum giving one away (Triton, but close enough to fit).

Here is a link to the post.

He is also giving away an atomic 4....

Too Late!
Two people before me - both from San Francisco!

Guess I'll just build my own.

Thanks for the lead.
