The best news: prime wet slip at the Washington Sailing Marina (no long wait list) paid through March 2009 conveys with the boat (annual rental $2,800). Boat and slip $4,000. Do the math. The bad news: a surface scratched dark blue hull that will ultimately need re-painting. Obviously a package priced for a quick, no fooling around sale.

That wasn't my listing; I was just doing a service to any potential buyers on the board.  Craigslist email addresses expire in about a month, which is what I suspect happened here.
