I'm posting this for the Commodore of the North Point Sailing Association near Baltimore, Maryland.  After a quintuple (!) bypass his doctors have prescribed a boat that does not require hefting an outboard in and out to race.  I can attest to the fact that the boat he is selling is in very good condition.  I've seen a lot of it's stern in Wednesday night races.  He is a regular in the first or second positions in our class.
