in response to this public emergency i have taken matters into my own hands.  my bill -- the Omnibus High Minded Measures to Eradicate Ginormous Aquatic and Waterborne Disasters (OHMIGAWD) ordinance is a comprehensive set of laws promoting waterfront beautification and controlling water related nuisances, a hugely important public purpose.  inexplicably it languishes in committee at the moment.  pls. consider contacting members of your delegation at once concerning this bill
