Kuan Yin (268) will be sold this Sat. to a lovely new sailor. Both will stay in Martinez.

I'm sure the new owner will be showing up here shortly. She can introduce herself at that time. She is new to all this and will be seeking wise counsel. I'm sure she will find this place as helpful and supportive as I have.
