The wife and I dropped ours by ourselves (we do most everything by ourselves 4 different state moves on our own) anyhow in the water we used the day sailor hoist, ran up the mast with a rope loop under the spreaders. It was just a wee bit top heavy but nothing that wasn't manageable, she ran the hoist, I handled the base of the mast. Would have been easier had I realized the base of the mast was just keyed in . .  I tried taking out the screws in the base of the mast which of course were froze, out come the drill, removed the stays and WHAT i didn't need to do that. Oh well.
