I made these lee cloths that store beneath the twin futon mattresses that are my quarter berth cushions. They attach to ring nuts on through-bolts of cabintop deck implements.

Here's a close up of the nav station. I used a tablet running Navionics. The panel just above and left of it is the MPPT controller control for a solar panel (installed atop the companionway hatch) that keeps my deep-cycle lead acid batteries topped off.

VERY nice looking vessel there, Paul!!! Shipshape as well. Love the original teak sole on these boats, yours looks to be in great shape.

Here's a view of the cabin, looking forward. This shows a better view of the Lagun system table and the cutaway bulkhead. That's a gimballed oil lamp on the port side. On the starboard side, lashed up high, is a weighted bug screen that drops over the forward hatch.

OK, seems to work well enough. It should resize your images down to within a 1024 pixel height or width, and can also rotate the image if needs be.

When you attach images, they will show at bottom of your post. If you want them to appear in the body of your post, after attaching the image, look at the thumbnail. There is a Blue up-pointing arrow there. Click in the body of your message where you want the picture to be located, click that blue arrow, and - violas - it will appear inline. ;) :)

Here's a view of the interior, looking aft. I raised the quarterberth height by 9", adding drawers underneath. The starboard bulkhead has been reduced in size. A Lagun table is installed (near, left; it can be swung into the quarterberth area, and also can be moved to the cockpit onto a separate base installed there); the tabletop was made with teak scavenged from derelicts. The nav station is visible on the forward side of the starboard cockpit bulkhead.

I added a built-in image resizer, so that the forum will do the work for you. Testing here to see how it works.

This is Commander hull #205, bought new and owned by a single family, and spending all of its life in the fresh water of Lake George, NY. I was given the boat in 2020 on the condition I'd take good care of her. I spent over two years refitting her. Here is the first image I'm uploading to this now-upgraded forum. (Thank you Kurt Niles!) Tho' not a lot is visible in the sunset shot, you can see the anchor locker I added, using the hatch I scavenged from a derelect Cal 25.

I will post some photos of #331's refit when I get some time. But in the meantime here is a link to a photo gallery. Mariah's refit
