Have a 1970 volvo md1 with 0hrs. has spare injector and many filters and water pump impellers. original manuals. motor was a barn find and in its shipping crate. last yr of the md1a
have a good condition main and 100% off and earlier ariel and a smaller fair condition headsail as well
also have several gallons of raka epoxy and two gallons flat white single part marine paint

free minus the diesel. landowner wants to build a woodshed. need moved. my dreams and i are stuffed but want the boat saved by someone who appreciates quality design and construction as well as functionality and beauty in a boat as much as i do.

I have ariel 262 i believe, id have to look at old photos. I found the hull number underneath the hideous simulated wood paneling I removed. boat has had most hardware removed, needs some deck recoring and paint. outboard well on an inboard model. have longshaft yamaha 4hp and an unused 1970 volvo md1. 0hrs. searched for one since the propshaft engine mounts and morse controls from the md1 that was removed before i purchased it are still installed. good sails, two jibs and one main. she also has a new rudder that has never seen water. sitting on five brownell stands I purchased when i bought the boat. obviously i love the boat and want nothing more that to finish and sail north to cruise newfoundland and labrador but make less than 13k a year and have over 800 dollars a month in bills. just cannot afford it. can send photos on request. send an email to pearsonariel1963@yahoo.com if interested
