i saw this on the cnn's home page- and for the life of me it looks like an Ariel...? anyone have an opionion as to what this might be?

I posted the same photo yesterday in "Heavy Weather", an Ariel for sure , located in Indian River area fo Florida. Photo was shot Sat. morning. Looks like a well cared for boat, maybe with exception of the ground tackle.
