Thanks Mike. For this series I have my mentor at the helm while my wife Lisa and I do all the string pulling. It is truly an honor to still be able to sail/race with Ernie Rideout. He is now 85 years young and still showing us how to do it.

I could go on for days with stories about Ernie but one of the best lines I have been told to describe him is "He has squeezed for salt water out of his socks than most of us has seen". He has been sailing since he was six and racing and winning since the age of ten. The best sailor I have ever seen.....ed
