Title: Sad to Say the Commander #94 is for sale....
Post by: westwind on September 01, 2013, 01:53:15 PM
After a great summer of sailing i have to say the commander is for sale, not because i have too its because it's the right thing too do. After this summer i have found in my heart i need a boat on a trailer again. I miss the long weekends sailing around Drummond island and the North channel. Weekend buzz up to Mackinac island just because we could. Canada just to say we sailed into another country that weekend (the kids) loved to go to school and say that. Its a great boat, but i just cant stand sailing against sand dunes of west Michigan every weekend. I need to be able to move around on my holidays. Don't know a price yet, details will follow, but  i thought this site would have the person that would love and respect the commander. If any of you know of a person looking have them email me. Boat has been in Michigan Macatawa harbor all its life. I'm only the second owner Thank You Craig

I'm the happy new owner of C#94. Thanks to Westwind for the time and effort he has put in to the boat and the opportunity for us to spend some time loving her now.

This group looks to be an incredibly helpful source of information for maintaining these boats and I'm sure you will all see my name popping up more this winter as I get into some of that.
