I helped sail a boat down to Santa Barbara a couple of weeks ago... Had a beautiful sail in a cool breeze while the temperatures were sweltering on land...
We made a stop in Morro Bay for a day of rest and as we were motoring out to continue onto Santa Barbara I spotted this on a mooring:
I could not spot a name and there is no CF number. I could not get close enough to see if there was a number plate... - No help - I know!
