The Ariel’s came from the factory with both inboard and outboard option, their is a well for a motor mount centered behind the rudder, and should have a long shaft motor!
 The boat seams complete and solid some deck repair has been done. Mast, boom and sails are included.  She has been painted and this paint is a little faded.  Also the rudder has been covered with fiberglass, it may just peal off, or a new rudder may need to be fabricated ( we can have this or any work done in house for you. )

If anyone is interested, I can get up there and take some "association" pics - they're about 30-45 minutes from me. Just PM or email from the list here.  

I saw the Commander last Spring and there is/was(?) a gaping hole in the keel that would need repairing.
