I know Ariels are fast, but this one in particular can time travel! (Note photo date)

she has an interesting solution to the outboard well plug. it looks like the factory plug has been recut to fit around the outboard:

Doesn't seem like the OB would turn very much.  I suppose the rudder could do all of the work as with an IB, but in my tight quarters, I need both in concert to get around.  Wondering if it would be of great advantage to lose that bit of drag.  Might keep more water out of the Laz.
 
I'm a sucker for those finished winch bases.
