I'm going to make a new main sail for c#19. does anybody have or know of a resource where I can get the pattern?

Most sail lofts will not "share" their patterns as it takes time and effort to create an effective sail shape.  The SF Bay Hogan loft has reasonably priced sails for A-C's.  Hope you have experience cutting sails . . .

If you really want to make your own sails... take a look at sailrite. they have the fabric and sundries you'll need (and the machines if you don't have one).

http://www.sailrite.com/.. they will build a kit to the dimensions you reqire:

another option is one of the many on-line lofts for finished sails. My new main was ordered from Cruising Direct (a North Sails Subsidiary):

the good news is you can compare the quotes for materials and finished sails on line.
