Sorry if there's a thread for this already, Bill, searching for "sail repair" yields lots of irrelevant results. If there's a trick to search for posts that have "sail repair", please tell me.
I managed to get a huge rip into my mail sail yesterday :( at the top batten, maybe around 1 foot long horizontally and another foot vertically. I'll try to fix it tonight. Does anybody have a suggestion for what kind of sail fix kit they used and liked? Should I use tape and stitch though it?
