1964. Graceful, classic Carl Alberg design. Solidly built, beautiful lines, a great sailer, capable and safe in heavy weather. Sailaway condition. Hard, glossy Imron paint on topsides, interior joinery updated in mahogany. Engine upgraded w/elec fuel pump, electronic ignition, newer carburator. Fully found, including anchors, inflatable dingy, tandem wheel trailer. Located Lake Pepin, Minn. $7,000.

Hey Tony ,news flash , all of MN is Northern , like there's a Southern MN, there's no MN in the South . Do you have grits and biscuits for breakfast in Southern MN ? How 'bout , Upper MN , that I can buy , been all over the South and never once hit MN in those travels .
