Title: Was someone In Norfolk Va. this weekend?

About 1:30 this afternoon I saw an Ariel heading N on the ICW between Norfolk and Portsmouth Va. It was being followed by a wooden King's Cruiser. It was silver gray and had a tarp rigged as sun shelter . Anyone on list ?
